WOW: Netherwing Reputation Exploit

So, When I was alliance, I did the quest Zuluhead the Whacked and got my Netherwing reputation from hated-neutral. I faction changed and went back there. I had to do that quest again so it instantly took me from neutral-exalted. I did this on two of my characters, the same result each time.

IF ALLIANCE:
1.) Do the quest line; Kindness - Quest - World of Warcraft (Stop after Ally of the Netherwing - Quest - World of Warcraft)
2.) Faction change to horde
3.) Do the quest Zuluhed the Whacked - Quest - World of Warcraft again
4.) Do Ally of the Netherwing - Quest - World of Warcraft again
5.) Grats on exalted with Netherwing
